Exfoliation is the most important part of skincare, and the one that most benefits the skin. A good hydration and in turn a good exfoliation make the skin healthier and more attractive.
I confess that exfoliation is the hardest thing for me to do. I don't have much patience to be massaging the skin, I find it tiring and the products for this process are not always the best. Either they are very difficult to apply, or they hurt or they don't leave the expected result.
However, we reinforce the idea that exfoliation is important, as it is responsible for the renewal of facial cells and helps to eliminate dead cells from the skin surface. Another benefit is the elimination of impurities that are the main causes of age spots, oil and lack of service on the skin. In this way, the skin is softer and ready for hydration. In addition, this is also one of the important steps to soften marks such as acne blemishes.
Exfoliation can be done on any skin type, but it is necessary to consult a dermatologist to know the right frequency to exfoliate. For oily skin, it is usually recommended to use it between two to three times a week; dry skins, once is enough. Excessive use to dry oily skin can cause problems, due to the rebound effect, the skin becomes even more oily.
Application is simple, with a damp face apply the product gently, making circular movements, rinse with warm/cold water and clean the product, continuing with the movements until completely clean. In the end, just apply a moisturizer and your beauty ritual is complete. Repeat the process 1 to 2 times a week.
For those who are in my club and think that exfoliation is not pleasant because it hurts or the products are not good, wait and see. You'll like what's coming. There will be no more excuses.
