How to have beautiful skin? Five useful tips!

With all the external aggressions such as pollution and the sun or simply with the “stress” of everyday life, our skin is not always as beautiful as we would like it to be. Applying a day cream simply does not guarantee perfect skin texture. So how do you get blemish-free skin? Here are 5 tips and tricks for an extraordinary glow.

Choose a suitable routine

To fight imperfections on a daily basis, it is important and even essential to adapt your beauty routine to your skin type and its problems. The first thing to determine is whether you have combination, oily or dry skin. Then we focus on the details we want to correct: wrinkles, acne pimples, sun spots… Then we choose our cleanser, serum and cream according to the needs of each case.

adapt a diet

The impact of diet on the skin is well established. Between the clichés repeated among friends and the advice of grandmothers, we don't know who to turn to. The first piece of advice is simple: drink lots of water (and reduce alcohol consumption as much as possible). Eat raw vegetables in moderation because they contain the essential combination of vitamins and fiber that your skin requires.

Use night creams

If during the day the skin reacts mainly to protect itself from external aggressions... At night, take the opportunity to recover and repair itself! It is for these reasons that it is necessary to prioritize the application of specific care for the beauty of your skin before going to bed.

Protect your skin from the sun

All year round, the face must be protected with products that contain an effective SPF (sun protection filter). Ultraviolet rays are in fact extremely dangerous for the dermis and accelerate its aging. Obviously, we adapt the protection according to the exposure, but we remember that it is really essential.

An ideal solution to have a tanned skin all year round, and the use of tanning products based on natural ingredients that stimulate melanin, in order to have beautiful and healthy skin.

Never miss the makeup removal step

Removing make-up is a step that should never be forgotten in your beauty routine! Allows the skin to breathe better without piling up the impurities accumulated during the day. For an effective ritual, it is advisable to start with the eyes and mouth with a specific product (for those more sensitive areas) and finish with the skin. A jet of thermal water at the end of makeup removal is also recommended.
